Example Model Simulations
Two example lake set-ups are provided below as a download here to guide new users. Below is a summary of the two model applications. The input files match the version of code downloaded, and are available by clicking the button below.
Warmlake
This is a 40m deep monomictic lake which has the following features:
- Stratification
- Multiple inflows
- Hourly meteorlogical data
- FABM-NPZD
- FABM-AED (including oxygen, nutrients and 3 algal species)
Coldlake
This is a 30m deep lake which has the following features:
- Stratification
- Seasonal ice cover
- Single inflow
- Crest overflow
- FABM-AED (including oxygen, nutrients and 3 algal species)
